Historique
Ancienne église priorale du diocèse de Limoges, consacrée en 1089 et dépendant de l'abbaye de Bourgueil. Elle a été restaurée au 14e siècle puis en 1744 et 1895. La nef, aujourd'hui recouverte d'un lambris, possédait quatre travées séparées par des doubleaux détruits. Le faux carré du transept, plus étroit que la nef, devait être recouvert d'une coupole dont la calotte a été remplacée par un plafond. L'abside, surélevée de deux marches, est semi-circulaire à l'intérieur et pentagonale à l'extérieur. Un cul de four la surmonte. Si la base du clocher est ancienne, son premier étage à trois baies jumelles sur les faces et sa flèche sont modernes.

History
Former priory church of the diocese of Limoges, consecrated in 1089 and dependent on the abbey of Bourgueil. It was restored in the 14th century and then in 1744 and 1895. The nave, now covered with a timber ceiling, possessed four bays separated by destroyed ribs. The false crossing of the transept, narrower than the nave, was to be covered with a dome whose cupola was replaced by a ceiling. The apse, raised by two steps, is semicircular inside and pentagonal outside. A quarter-vault rises above it. If the base of the bell tower is old, its first storey with three twin openings on the faces and its spire are modern.
