History
The present ensemble results from major remodelling in the early 18th century, but the house is mentioned from the 16th century. The high tower formerly crowned with a terrace and machicolations was heightened in the 17th century. Windows surmounted by accolades with curly kale and modillions ornamented with heads and fantastic animals. The door was remade in the 18th century. Some window corbels date from the Gothic period. The main body is divided into two avant-corps connected on the ground floor by porter's lodges and a wide vaulted passage and, on the first floor, by the terrace covering the passage and the lodges. The entrance porch opens onto the street by a round arch constructed in alternating brick and stone.
