Dès le 14e siècle, l'emplacement appartient à la famille des Isalguier, lignée de capitouls. L'édifice actuel, du début du 19e siècle, a sans doute été construit par Jacques Fajon. Les deux avant-corps des loges de gardien, à l'entrée, et une coursière métallique aérienne, relient les ailes de bâtiment Est et ouest. A l'intérieur, le décor repose sur des boiseries et du staff. Dans l'angle sud-ouest, cage d'escalier, presque hélicoïdale, peinte en faux marbre et décorée de niches.

History
From the 14th century onwards, the site belonged to the Isalguier family, a line of capitouls. The present building, from the early 19th century, was no doubt built by Jacques Fajon. Of symmetrical plan, the hôtel presents, on the street side, a facade element of the Romantic period, with curved openings, decorated with ironwork. A porch topped with a balustrade leads to a courtyard. The two projecting sections of the porter's lodges, at the entrance, and an aerial metal gallery, connect the East and West building wings. Inside, the decoration rests on panelling and staff. In the south-west corner, an almost helical staircase cage, painted in false marble and decorated with niches.
