Historique

History
The keep in the 14th century originally comprised two towers, the one of three sides, containing the staircase on the south façade and its counterpart to the north which was round and of which only the base is visible in the substructure of the present château. Between 1620 and 1700, various building campaigns gave rise to the large main dwelling which extends the west façade of the keep. Woodwork covers the walls of all the rooms. Around 1820, construction to the east and north of the keep of a small main dwelling which resulted in the razing of the round tower, whose materials served the new building. In 1905, a projection was built to permit interior arrangements. The château is surrounded by outbuildings and a park in terraces. This residence is very representative of the building art of the region, both in its forms and in its materials.
