Reconstruit après un incendie entre 1897 et 1900, le casino est situé dans le parc thermal, à quelques mètres de l'établissement de bains. L'édifice se compose d'un corps de bâtiment rectangulaire aux extrémités duquel s'appuient deux pavillons plus élevés. La façade principale se compose d'un corps de bâtiment à un niveau précédé d'une galerie métallique formant véranda, encadré par deux pavillons : le pavillon sud (réservé aux salles de jeux et aux bureaux) et le pavillon nord (ancien théâtre). L'ensemble de cette construction est orné d'éléments sculptés et de peintures murales en camaïeu brun. La façade en retour du théâtre a reçu des peintures murales d'Emile Ledoux (1899) représentant des allégories des principaux arts du spectacle (Danse, Opérette, Comédie, Vaudeville).

History
Rebuilt after a fire between 1897 and 1900, the casino is located in the thermal park, a few metres from the bathing establishment. The building consists of a rectangular block of building to the ends of which are attached two higher pavilions. The main façade consists of a block of building at one level preceded by a metal gallery forming a veranda, framed by two pavilions: the southern pavilion (reserved for gaming rooms and offices) and the northern pavilion (former theatre). The whole of this construction is adorned with sculptural elements and wall paintings in brown monochrome. The return façade of the theatre received wall paintings by Emile Ledoux (1899) representing allegories of the principal performing arts (Dance, Operetta, Comedy, Vaudeville).
