Hôtel particulier du 17e siècle, modifié au 18e et complètement rhabillé sous le Second Empire. La composition d'ensemble a été respectée : portail sur la rue, pavillons d'entrée, cour, logis et jardin sur l'arrière. Le portail d'entrée du 17e est encadré de deux pilastres à bossages verniculés et est surmonté d'un entablement. La maison d'habitation a été remise au goût du jour sous Napoléon III et présente, sur cour et sur jardin, des avant-corps centraux proéminents par rapport au volume général. Les façades à deux niveaux percées régulièrement sont ornées de motifs décoratifs. A l'est, s'étend un jardin avec une fabrique, sorte de petit temple dans le goût du 18e siècle. Un passage souterrain, accessible par deux rampes d'accès, relie la cour au jardin. A l'intérieur, le décor Napoléon III a été préservé. Le petit salon s'inspire du style rocaille. Les cloisons sont revêtues de lambris d'appuis et de compartiments tapissés. Le papier a pour motif des oiseaux nichés, des feuillages et des grappes de fleurs. Au centre d'une cloison, une cheminée est adossée, surmontée d'une glace. Cette cheminée, au manteau de marbre chantourné, possède un rétrécissement ébrasé orné de fleurs et d'oiseaux dont les couleurs reprennent celles de la tapisserie. Le grand salon d'apparat présente les mêmes caractéristiques que le petit salon, avec un décor plus chargé (parquet étoilé à motif central marqueté répondant à la coupole circulaire ; boiseries ; stucs...). Cet hôtel semble être un des rares exemples moulinois du style Second Empire.

Hôtel particulier from the 17th century, modified in the 18th and completely refurbished under the Second Empire. The overall composition has been respected: gateway on the street, entrance pavilions, courtyard, main dwelling and garden at the rear. The 17th-century entrance gateway is framed by two pilasters with vermiculated rustication and is surmounted by an entablature. The residential house was brought up to date under Napoleon III and presents, on the courtyard and on the garden, prominent central avant-corps projecting from the general volume. The two-storey façades pierced regularly are decorated with ornamental motifs. To the east, extends a garden with a folly, a sort of small temple in the 18th-century taste. An underground passage, accessible by two access ramps, connects the courtyard to the garden. Indoors, the Napoleon III décor has been preserved. The small sitting room is inspired by the rocaille style. The partitions are covered with wainscoting at dado height and with upholstered panels. The wallpaper features birds in nests, foliage and bunches of flowers. At the centre of one partition, a fireplace is set against the wall, surmounted by a mirror. This fireplace, with its curved marble mantelpiece, possesses a splayed narrowing decorated with flowers and birds whose colours echo those of the tapestry. The large reception room presents the same characteristics as the small sitting room, with richer décor (star-patterned parquet with central marquetry motif responding to the circular cupola; woodwork; stuccowork...). This hôtel particulier appears to be one of the rare examples of Second Empire style in Moulins.
