History
This priory was, in the Middle Ages, frequented by pilgrims who came to honour the relics gathered by the priors who built an important establishment dependent on the abbey of le Monastier. At the same time as the Romanesque church, monastic buildings were constructed, whose Romanesque parts are today reduced following successive transformations, notably in the 12th and 13th centuries.
