Foires annuelles créées en 1412 par H. de Montmorin. Edifice du 12e ou 13e siècle, couvert d'une charpente et poutres sur une seule travée dans sa largeur, soutenu par un mur dans sa partie postérieure qui surplombe un chemin descendant vers la basse ville. La face principale sur la rue d'arrivée est portée par des piliers reliés par une banquette. Ils portent un chanfrein sur leurs angles. Des tailloirs simples à chanfrein les couronnent. L'un d'eux est orné de billettes, rencontrées d'ordinaire sur des édifices du 12e siècle. Un mascaron est apparent à deux mètres de hauteur de la travée d'entrée.

History
Annual fairs created in 1412 by H. de Montmorin. Building of the 12th or 13th century, covered with roof structure and beams spanning a single bay in its width, supported by a wall in its rear part which overhangs a path descending towards the lower town. The principal face on the arrival street is borne by pillars linked by a bench. They bear chamfers on their angles. Simple tailloirs with chamfers crown them. One of them is adorned with billettes, ordinarily encountered on buildings of the 12th century. A mascaron is visible at a height of two metres of the entrance bay.
