Edifié à la fin du 13e ou au début du 14e siècle, vraisemblablement ancienne chapelle castrale, l'édifice se composait initialement d'une courte nef et d'un choeur carré autrefois voûtés. La charpente qui le recouvre semble remonter au 17e siècle, comme la corniche à corbeaux. Probablement vendu comme bien national lors de la Révolution, l'édifice a été divisé en trois niveaux dont le rez-de-chaussée servait de hangar tandis que des logements étaient aménagés dans les étages. L'ancien choeur conserve des restes de fenestrages, des arcatures aveugles, des colonnes ayant conservé leurs chapiteaux à feuillage et des départs de nervures.

History
Built at the end of the 13th or beginning of the 14th century, probably a former castle chapel, the building initially consisted of a short nave and a square choir formerly vaulted. The roof structure covering it appears to date from the 17th century, as does the bracket cornice. Probably sold as national property during the Revolution, the building was divided into three levels, the ground floor serving as a hangar while lodgings were arranged in the upper storeys. The former choir retains remains of window openings, blind arcading, columns that have retained their leafwork capitals and roof rib springers.
