Historique

History
The Gothic calvary consists of two square steps supporting the plinth whose upper edges are cut by four acanthus motifs which determine an octagonal section at the top. The base and top of the shaft are square, the rest circular. On the front are found Christ between the Virgin and Saint John. At the top of the cross-arm, an angel leans towards the head of Christ. On the back is represented the Virgin of Sorrow between two holy women. The body of Christ is half reclining on the knees of the Virgin, and supported by the three women. An angel holds his left wrist. The Pietà is sheltered by a canopy with pinnacles and crockets. The ossuary of the 18th century is, for its part, very representative of this type of work in the Léon, during this period. The edifice has four niches vaulted in round arch. A granite tablet, on which originally rested the small wooden shrines containing the head of the deceased after exhumation, runs from one end to the other of the ossuary. Two granite crosses surmount the ridge at its ends.
