Manoir en granit du 18e siècle, construit pour le corsaire morlaisien Charles Cornic qui en fit sa maison de prises puis une école de mousse. L'édifice se présente comme un grand rectangle d'un étage au-dessus d'un rez-de-chaussée à la base légèrement évasée. A l'ouest, douze grandes ouvertures donnent sur la rivière. L'arrière de la maison est doté d'un escalier extérieur menant au premier étage. Le pignon sud conserve les traces d'une ancienne porte cochère transformée en fenêtre. L'intérieur était aménagé comme un vaste entrepot, sans aucune cloison ni au rez-de-chaussée, ni à l'étage.

History
Granite manor of the 18th century, built for the corsair from Morlaix Charles Cornic who made it his prize house and then a ship's school. The building presents itself as a large rectangle of one storey above a ground floor with a slightly splayed base. To the west, twelve large openings give onto the river. The rear of the house is fitted with an external staircase leading to the first floor. The south gable retains traces of an old carriage entrance transformed into a window. The interior was laid out as a vast warehouse, without any partitions either on the ground floor or on the first floor.
