History
Large villa built from 1931 to 1932 by brothers Auguste and Gustave Perret for an Egyptian minister, Nubar Bey Pacha. Realized in reinforced concrete and Burgundy stone, the villa overlooked a terraced garden of which only a small part of the original layout survives.
