Villa construite de 1924 à 1925 par les architectes Le Corbusier et Pierre Jeanneret, son cousin et associé, pour Albert Jeanneret, frère aîné de l'architecte, son épouse Lotti Raaf et leurs trois enfants. Située au fond de l'impasse dite square du Docteur-Blanche, et faisant partie d'un lotissement spéculatif non réalisé (initié par la Banque Immobilière de Paris) , la villa est contiguë à celle de Raoul La Roche au numéro 10 (voir notice PA00086694), et forme avec celle-ci un ensemble bâti continu. Depuis 1968, la villa abrite les locaux et la bibliothèque de la Fondation Le Corbusier (qui conserve la villa La Roche pour la visite).

Villa built from 1924 to 1925 by architects Le Corbusier and Pierre Jeanneret, his cousin and associate, for Albert Jeanneret, elder brother of the architect, his wife Lotti Raaf and their three children. Located at the end of the lane known as square du Docteur-Blanche, and part of an unfinished speculative development (initiated by the Banque Immobilière de Paris), the villa is contiguous with that of Raoul La Roche at number 10 (see record PA00086694), and forms with it a continuous built ensemble. Since 1968, the villa has housed the offices and library of the Fondation Le Corbusier (which maintains the La Roche villa for public visits).
