Hôtel élevé d'après les plans d'Hector Guimard afin d'y aménager son agence et son habitation sur un terrain de forme triangulaire acheté en 1909. Travaux éxécutés de 1910 (gros oeuvre) à 1912 (fin de l'aménagement intérieur). L'hôtel abritait l'agence de l'architecte au rez-de-chaussée, les appartements privés aux premier et deuxième étages et l'atelier de Madame Guimard (artiste peintre) au 3e étage. L'intérieur a été profondément modifié.

History
Hotel erected according to the plans of Hector Guimard in order to establish his agency and his residence on a triangular plot of land purchased in 1909. Work executed from 1910 (structure) to 1912 (completion of interior fittings). The hotel housed the architect's agency on the ground floor, the private apartments on the first and second storeys and the studio of Madame Guimard (painter artist) on the 3rd storey. The interior has been profoundly modified.
