Hôtel particulier avec atelier en rez-de-chaussée, construit pour le sculpteur breton René Quillivic. Entièrement construite en béton armé et remplissage de briques, cette maison-atelier est élevée d'un rez-de-chaussée et de trois étages. L'atelier présente un vaste volume ouvert par de grandes baies vitrées. Trois étages d'habitation se développent au-dessus. La façade sur rue est un manifeste des origines bretonnes de l'artiste et de son statut de sculpteur. Elle est décorée de bas-reliefs en ciment moulé, réalisés par René Quillivic, représentant d'un côté les poissons et la terre et, de l'autre, les bateaux et la mer. Les figures de Ploaré et d'Audierne trônent de chaque côté de l'entrée de l'atelier.

History
Town house with workshop on the ground floor, constructed for the Breton sculptor René Quillivic. Entirely constructed in reinforced concrete and brick filling, this house-studio is raised on a ground floor and three storeys. The workshop presents a vast volume opened by large glazed openings. Three storeys of habitation develop above. The façade on the street is a manifesto of the artist's Breton origins and his status as a sculptor. It is decorated with bas-reliefs in molded cement, executed by René Quillivic, representing on one side the fish and the land and, on the other, the boats and the sea.
