Historique
La demeure a probablement été érigée dans la deuxième moitié du 18e siècle. A l'instar de tous les domaines jalonnant les rives de la Garonne, l'accès se faisait par le fleuve, comme l'attestent un ancien bras comblé et la façade noble, tournée vers la rivière. De plan rectangulaire, le logis comporte un étage de soubassement surmonté d'un rez-de-chaussée surélevé et d'un premier étage. La travée centrale de la façade principale, en légère saillie et coiffée d'un fronton triangulaire, s'ouvre par une porte en arc plein cintre. Celle-ci est précédée d'un perron dont l'accès se fait par un escalier à deux montées parallèles. La façade sud, sans décor, possède un escalier à deux montées divergentes. Des dépendances beaucoup plus tardives ont été bâties à l'ouest de la demeure.

History
The dwelling was probably erected in the second half of the 18th century. Like all the estates lining the banks of the Garonne, access was made by the river, as evidenced by an old filled-in channel and the main façade, facing the river. Of rectangular plan, the main dwelling comprises a basement storey surmounted by a raised ground floor and a first storey. The central bay of the main façade, in slight projection and topped with a triangular pediment, opens by a round-arched door. This is preceded by a perron, access to which is made by a staircase with two parallel flights. The south façade, without decoration, has a staircase with two diverging flights. Much later dependencies were built to the west of the dwelling.
