It opened in 1911 as a facility, Wesley Hospital and Training School, and a 1914 addition raised capacity to thirty-five beds. The Oklahoma City Clinic bought the hospital from Dr. Foster K. Camp in 1919. Ownership passed to the non-profit Wesley Hospital Foundation in 1960-1962, and it was renamed Presbyterian Hospital in 1964. It served as a hospital until converted to senior housing in 1975; it was a multiple dwelling at listing.
