Weber Point, in Stockton, is the site of the home of Captain Charles M. Weber, pioneer founder of the city. Native of Germany, and overland emigrant to California in 1841, Weber settled on the site of Stockton in 1847. The old house has disappeared; only a few trees still standing mark Stockton's pioneer landmark.
