Set in a continuous row of frontages stepped up from Redford House to left.
Exterior
Victorian ca 1900 2-storey, 4-window smooth roughcast front with plinth and end pilaster strips. Slate roof, brick chimney stacks; 4-pane sash windows. Off-centre recessed entrance with broad roll moulded architrave and heavy bracketed hood; modern door; boarded door to far left.
