Reached by irregular route from the main road above Rock Bridge between Presteigne and Dolley Green.
Exterior
In its own grounds, early C19 front to double-pile house of earlier origins. 2 storeys, coursed rubble blocks, hipped slate roof, end stacks, wide eaves. 3 widows, sashes with glazing bars in flush frames, later splayed bays flank central entrance, arched hood on simple columns, arched fanlight over half-glazed doors.
Side elevation with 2 storey splayed bay, rear range with pagoda roof to bell-cote.
