Cadw's description

Approached down a side road from Dolley Green and to the S of Upper Dolley House.

Probably C17, altered later.

2 storey roughcast S front with return wing to right, set-back wall over first floor windows (heightened?). Slate roofs, tall centre stack with stepped brick stem.
4 windows wide, 2 and 3-light modern casements, 2 doors in angle and a further door to left.
Said to retain original roof timbers inside.

Included for group value with Upper Dolley House.
