Above the road at driveway to Boultibrooke House.
Exterior
Early C19, extended later. Long 1 storey Gothic Lodge with advanced splayed bay to centre. Similar advanced bay to rear.
Mostly coursed rubble blocks, cemented lintels to S end, hipped slate roofs with wide eaves, tall brick stack towards N end. Timber windows with paired and single lights under pointed heads, casements in fixed frames, horizontal glazing bars. Later porch facing driveway.
