Cadw's description

By itself on the south bank of the River Lugg, adjacent to weir. Now converted to domestic use.

Possibly C17 in origin, later alterations and additions.

In 2 parts, taller and earlier 3 window section to right, 2 windows to left part. 2 storey rubble walls, left upper floor weatherboarded, partly blocked openings also weatherboarded. Stone slab roof of steeper pitch to right, Slates to left, stone stack with brick stem at centre roof join.
5 windows, modern paired casements, further modern timber openings to ground floor. Open work timber stair rises to balcony at gable end to river.

3 storey stone-slab roof and rubble range to rear, stone-slabbed lean-tos in angle.
