Location
To S of Vyrnwy Road. Farm reached via track at SJ 107 185. Barn is to W of house.
Exterior
Downslope sited on stone plinth. Slate roof, weatherboarded walls. Loft window to R. Door to R with stone steps up; further door to L.
Two central crucks of similar design with collar, tie beam and vertical member. L cruck (former end of range) of poorer quality has square panelling with raking struts above collar. R end of barn has box framing.
Shed to R, and cartshed to L not included.
