Cadw's description

Opposite Wellington Memorial.

Late C19; in mid C20, the Cage Royal.

Shop with accommodation above. Three storey, three window front, painted brick. Slate roof. Second floor has three 4-pane sash windows with shaped lintels. On first floor, similar but narrow windows to outer bays; splayed oriel window to centre. C20 shopfront to ground floor has entrance to shop slightly offset to R, between 2 display windows, and entrance to accommodation above to L, all framed by end pilasters, fascia board and cornice.

Included for Group Value with other listed buildings on both sides of The Bulwark.
