Cadw's description

Second building from the NW end of this side of the Bulwark.

Probably early-to-mid C19. The fine shopfront is from C20.

Early-to-mid C19 facade of 3 storeys, 2 windows; pebbledashed. Hipped slate roof. Window openings with moulded architraves; 9-pane sashes on 2nd floor, casements on 1st floor with C19 iron balconies. On ground floor, shop front with broad round-arched central doorway with surround of pediment and pilasters; fascia and cornice, end pilasters, small-pane shop windows.

Early-to-mid C19 building with good shopfront. Group Value.
