Built into a wall on the NW side of Church Road, just N of the Church of Saint Cattwg and opposite the Green Dragon public house.
History
Early C19 milestone on old turnpike road.
Exterior
Milestone, triangular section on rectangular base built into garden wall at pavement level. Stone, white painted with worn carved lettering in black. Right side reads 'I Mile to Neath' and left side 'XI Miles to Pont???' possibly Pont Walby.
Reason for designation
Included for the special historic transport interest on old turnpike road.
