Cadw's description

Situated some 350m due E of Capel Bethel, reached via new track down from Pentre Mynydd and Ty Uchaf.

Small earlier C19 farmhouse, marked on 1842 Tithe map, possibly an upland smallholding encroaching on former common land.

Farmhouse, rubble stone with slate roof and stone end stacks, larger to right. Two storeys, low upper floor with single small centre casement, ground floor with large renewed 12-pane sash each side of C20 door. Stone voussoirs to ground floor openings, stone sills. Narrow ground floor opening in right end wall. Left end small outbuilding, possibly former cow-house, with 2 doors, now glazed. Outshut rear right with C20 glazed door.

Included as a small vernacular house, carefully restored.
