Cadw's description

Set back from the road and reached by short walled drive; backs onto Salmon Flat, Bridge Street.

Part of the former Salmon Court, at one time a hotel. Probably mid C19 2-storey, 3-window roughcast front with end and middle pilaster strips to earlier structure (now divided up). Tall slate roof, wide boarded eaves, roughcast and brick chimney stacks. Central 12-pane sash window flanked by tripartite sashes with cambered heads; similar windows to ground floor, central modern door and porch. Sash windows to right gable end, entrance to left end.
