Cadw's description

Set into a continuous row of frontages stepped in the slope.

Part of a group of buildings incorporating Talbot Place.

Tall early C19 simple classical 2-storey and basement roughcast front with plinth; slate roof and brick chimney stack. Recesssed 9-pane sash window with fluted keystone to 2nd floor; pair of 8-pane sash windows to ground floor, 6-panel door with fanlight to right.

Attic window to roughcast left end wall. Roughcast rear with 2-storey and attic cross gable; sash windows and roughcast stack.

The other part of Talbot House (No 1) is no longer of special interest.
