Cadw's description

On the E side of St Mary's Street some 60m S of the junction with St George's Street.

Terraced house, mid to later C19 in detail, possibly alteration of earlier C19 house apparently earlier than No 10 St Mary's House, as a blocked door between may have been a side door to No 9.

House, painted stucco with slate close-eaved roof and right end stack built into St Mary's adjoining. Two storeys and attic, with cellars, 2 bays offset to left. Two attic 4-pane sashes breaking eaves under gables. First floor 4-pane sash window to left and canted oriel window to right with 2-4-2-pane sashes and hipped roof. On ground floor a tripartite sash window of 2-4-2 panes to right and doorway to left with pilasters and cornice. C20 door and overlight. Raised plinth, and basement grille.

Included as a C19 stuccoed house in varied terrace on E side of St Mary's Street.
