Exterior
Three storey C19 building with stuccoed front elevation with parapet and of three bays. Sash windows with stuccoed architraves on second floor with band at window head level. Large rectangular bay window on first floor. Modern plate glass shop front on ground floor. Late C19 to early C20 cast-iron veranda of two bays with lean-to roof; this has slender fluted columns with caps and iron spandrils.
Reason for designation
Included as part of a group of C19 buildings with good verandahs on towns main commercial street. Group value.
