Set back to the left of the Old Town Hall.

Early C19 (shown on John Wood’s 1834 map); Formerly The Corporation Arms PH.

3-storey, 3-window scribed render front - windows offset to right. Slate roof, hipped to right; horned sash windows. Cambered brick arch with boarded door at extreme left end and 4-panel door at extreme right end. Shop front to middle with end pilasters and large 6-pane sash windows flanking splayed entrance with double half glazed doors.

Cobbled through passage and narrow yard to rear.
