To SW of Pont-y-Pentre, facing E, parallel to road, behind small walled forecourt.
History
Mid C19.
Exterior
Two storey, 2 window symmetrical front. Grey rubble masonry. Slate roof with overhangs to gable ends, end chimneys in brick, extended upwards on stone bases. Voussoir lintels to central doorway, and windows. Small pane casement glazing. First floor windows low and broad set at eaves, ground floor windows of standard early Victorian proportions. To R, steps down to basement level with one broad window facing river.
Modern extension to rear.
