Cadw's description

Part of a group set back from the road towards the lower end of the upper W range of the street.

Probably C17-C18. Altered. Refurbished C20.

Small house, attached at each side. Roughcast rendered with steep-pitched slate roof incorporating gabled roof dormer. One storey and attic. All small-pane casement windows, cross-framed to ground floor, asymmetrically set: double light to left, triple to right. Centre right plain doorway with boarded door.

Listed as a town cottage retaining historic fabric and character. Group value with other listed buildings in Maryport Street.
