Location
Located approximately 1km W of Beddgelert village, with the Nant Cwmcloch to its rear and adjoining Cwm Cloch Uchaf to the N; accessed via a farmtrack from the Pont Alyn.
History
C18 farmhouse, forming a pair with the adjacent Cwm Cloch Uchaf, probably as a late example of unit planning. Here lived Edith Evans, the harpist 'Telenores Eryri' 1896-1984. The farm originally formed part of the land holdings of the Augustinian priory of Beddgelert. Associated farm-buildings derelict.
Interior
The interior was not inspected at the time of survey.
Reason for designation
Listed for its special interest as a unit-planned C18 farmhouse complex retaining good external character.
