Location
About 60m N of Glogue Farmhouse, towards N of yard, entrance facing S.
History
Single-storey former stable range with dove- holes, probably mid C19. In poor condition 2004.
Exterior
Outbuilding, coursed squared slate with slate roof (in poor condition 2004). Central door between two windows, all cambered-headed with cut slate voussoirs. Slate sills. Windows are 4-pane casements. Under eaves is a band of paired dove-holes with shelf below and projecting eaves course above. Added cut slate lean-to to left, with door and square access hole with shelf over door.
Interior
Not inspected.
Reason for designation
Included as a well-built C19 stable of definite quality and character with nesting-boxes, of group value with Glogue farmhouse and the lofted building opposite.
