Location
On the SW slope of Frenni Fach approximately 1.2km NW of Tegryn.
History
Single storey C19 cottage.
Exterior
Cottage, rubble stone, formerly rendered, with slate roof of small slates, and rebuilt stone end stacks. Single storey, double-fronted, offset to left with 4-pane horned sash each side of board door. Brick corners and sides to openings revealed by removal of stucco. The three openings have unusual false lintels, of vertically-set slate incised to look like voussoirs. Loft window in each end wall. Lean-to on left end.
Interior

Included for its special interest as a small lofted cottage of regional character with unusual slate window heads.
