Situated some 50m W of Neuadd, fronting minor lane, just off Brefi valley road some 600m SE of village.
History
Earlier C19 barn, part of Neuadd farm, the farmhouse dated 1758.
Exterior
Whitewashed rubble stone with slate roof. Large central opening with double ledged doors and timber lintel. To right a long ventilation loop. To left a ledged door with stone slab lintel. On left end wall, a lean-to cartshed with double doors and timber lintel. Overhanging eaves to both gable ends.
