Cadw's description

On E side of street almost opposite Cross Lane.

Early to mid C19 house.

Squared rubble, slate roof, stone chimneys. Two storeys, three windows, camber-headed 16-pane hornless sashes, stone sills; first floor windows smaller than ground floor. Central doorway has classicising doorcase with Gothis arcade to frieze; 6-panelled door with diamond-paned overlight.

Listed as unspoilt example of late Georgian style town house.
