History
House, circa 1860.
Exterior
Stucco, slate roof; end chimneys removed. Two storeys plus attic. Three window front, band course at sill level of first floor windows; outer windows slightly advanced, 16-pane modern replacement glazing; central narrow window to each floor with shallow architrave and modern glazing. To R, 2-storey lower link to adjacent house, modern first floor window in original opening, ground floor set forward with round-headed doorway with architrave, 2-leaf panelled doors. Modern extension to L.
Reason for designation
One of a planned group of unusual small stucco villas, amongst earliest developments in Ffynone.
