Cadw's description

Towards W end of Ffynone Road.

House, circa 1860.

Stucco, (modern) tiled roof; stucco chimneys to ends. Two storeys plus attic (2 modern windows to each gable). Three window front, band course at sill level of first floor windows; outer windows slightly advanced, 16-pane hornless sashes; central narrow window to each floor (small pane glazing). To R, modern extension; to L, lower 2-storey link to neighbouring house, modern window to first floor, ground floor set forward with panelled door (upper panels glazed), door flanked by windows.

One of a planned group of unusual small stucco villas, amongst earliest developments in Ffynone.
