Cadw's description

Opposite Bear Hotel.

Early C19 facade to partly C17 core.

Tall and narrow three storey, one bay scribed stucco elevation with old slate roof with modern brick stack to left hand and rendered stack to right hand. Segmental carriage arch with voussoirs on ground floor. A 12-pane sash window on each upper floor.

Said to retain a rear ground floor room with stopped and chamfered beam.

Included for surviving C17 origins and contribution of early C19 facade to High Street. Group value with No 58 High Street.
