Attached, to L, of No 30 High Street.

Early to mid C19.

Two storeys. Two bay roughcast elevation slate gabled roof with roofline common with buildings to L. Wide C20 shop front projection on ground floor with modern doorway to left hand; two sash windows each three panes wide on first floor.
