Cadw's description

Situated in terraced row between Francis and Mansfield Streets.

Circa l800 house, roughcast ground floor original, colourwashed slate upper floor, concrete tile roof and rendered end stacks. Two-storey three-window range of plate glass sashes, replacing original small-paned sashes and 6-panel front door with original traceried fanlight.

Short length of wall connects to No ll9 with door to through passage. Front yard enclosed by roughcast walls.

One of the houses from the first building phase of the new town, cl797-l8l0, part of a group with Nos lll-l9.
