Situated in terraced row just S of Hill Park Chapel, overlooking roundabout.
History
One of a mirrored pair of mid to later C19 houses, with No 23.
Exterior
Terraced house of two storeys and two window bays, offset to left. Unpainted lined stucco, and slate roof with flat eaves and C20 brick chimney on party wall to No 23. Large hornless 12-pane sashes and door to ground floor left bay, with overlight. Door is recessed with steps up. Two-panel door with small overlight.
Interior
Interior not inspected.
Reason for designation
Included for special architectural interest as one of a pair of terraced houses in late Georgian style, which have retained their character.
