Located at the Junction of Market Street with King Street.
History
Late Cl9 remodelling of an earlier building.
Exterior
2 storey and cellar, 3 window. Colourwashed plaster on rubble, plinth. Moderately pitched hipped slate roof, plain eaves as paired brackets. Rendered stack.
12 pane sash window to centre of lst floor. Canted bay windows flanking. Tops linked to eaves, sashes, narrow side sashes. Cornice over blind boxes over shopfront. Plain pilasters. Doorway to left. Rectangular fanlight over half-glazed door. 2 shop windows to right divided by paired pilasters. Plastered stallriser with basement window at right.
Left end elevation faces up King Street. 2 Victorian sash windows to lst floor. Small shop window to ground floor right. Cornice over blind box, flanking pilasters, plastered stallriser. Doorway to left. Rectangular fanlight over half-glazed double doors.
