Exterior
Late Cl8. 2 storey, 2 window vernacular house. Whitewashed roughcast on rubble. Gently pitched slate roof, plain eaves. Rendered stack.
Small window openings generally. 6 pane sash windows set under eaves to lst floor. 9 pane sash windows (6 over 3) to ground floor. Central doorway. Plank door.
Reason for designation
A good example of a small late Cl8 vernacular house.
