Location
Situated at the entrance to the cul-de-sac where George Street meets George Hill.
Exterior
Early Cl9. 2 storey, colourwashed roughcast on rubble with cement dressings. Moderately pitched slate roof, plain eaves, deep verges, plain bargeboards. Rendered stack to rear pitch.
Two l2 pane sash windows to lst floor offset to left. Horizontal glazing bar to upper sash of that on right removed. Similar l2 pane sash to ground floor left. Recessed doorway to right. 4 pane rectangular fanlight over 4 panel door. Cement architraves.
12 pane sash window to right gable end; similar, larger window to ground floor below.
