Cadw's description

Situated in terraced row above Glanmor Terrace.

Mid C19.

Terraced house in unpainted roughcast and painted stucco with slate roof and flat eaves, brick right hand stack. Two-storey three-window range of plate glass sashes with stained glass inserts, mid C20, and centre arched doorway with matching fanlight. Stucco surrounds and keystones, angle strips and sill bands.

Typical dog-leg stair and hall plaster ceiling border with acanthus corner motifs. Arched recess on rear wall of N end room, cupboards flanking fireplace in S end room. Window shutters.

Despite loss of original windows listed as a good surviving house of c1850 with interior detail typical of New Quay terraced houses. Named after the schooner 'Loyalty'.
